QA/QC Introduction
QC/technical support: every procedure of all products is checked and controlled by special checker. To seek higher quality products and make the products no defect, we survey all procedure from materials' purchase to produce to ensure each procedure under the correct quality control.QC staff: more than 100
Other safety approvals: Britain UKAS ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality system certificates and China "Square-Round" Mark certificate of conformity of product quality and other confirmations.
Materials/components: alloy of 6 series such as 6063, 6061, 6005, 6082, 6060, 6106, 6005
Procedure/testing details: check and accept aluminum & other material ->melt and casting's check->molds' check->extruding lines->anodizing and spraying line->packing->enter store shop
